Having sold my first home in 1979 I have adapted to the many changes in the real estate market through the years! Since then I have went on to sell commercial property's such as Hotels, Motels, restaurants and apartment buildings as well as personal homes, investment properties, attached housing, condominiums and even smaller condo-tels. Since moving to Florida from Michigan in 1973 I have lived in and done business in both the Daytona Beachside, Ponce Inlet, the Mainland areas,Ormond Beach and Port Orange, so I can give you a good direction to any of our quaint coastal communities.
